Terms and Conditions
These terms and policies apply to all participants registering for the event. By completing the pre-registration and making payment, you agree to the following:
1. Eligibility
Only BRACU CSE Final-Year students and Batch 22 students (Spring'22, Summer'22 & Fall'22) of CSE/CS Department are eligible to register and attend.
2. Registration & Payment
All payments must be made using the exact payment numbers and amounts provided during registration. Any deviation from the specified payment details may result in payment rejection.
Transaction Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure all transaction details are correct, including:
- Correct payment number (bKash/Nagad)
- Exact amount as specified
- Valid transaction ID
- Proper payment method selection
Pre-registration:
Requires a non-refundable advance payment of 500 BDT to confirm your seat.
Final payment:
The remaining 1500 BDT must be paid on or before 5 October 2025 to complete your registration. Failure to pay the remaining amount within the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of your booking, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• If you have completed the full payment and wish to cancel before 30th September 2025, you may request a partial refund of 1500 BDT (excluding the pre-registration fee).
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30th September 2025, or for no-shows on the event day.
• If the event is canceled by the organizing team due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, university restrictions), 100% of the total payment (including pre-registration fee, excluding cashout charge) will be refunded.
4. Seat Confirmation
Seats will be confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close immediately once all seats are filled, even before the announced deadline.
5. Conduct & Safety
• Participants must follow university rules and regulations, and respect the resort's guidelines.
• Any misconduct or violation of event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
• The organizing committee will take all necessary safety measures but will not be liable for personal loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
• By participating, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for future promotional and documentation purposes.

For payment confirmation or refund requests (as per policy), please contact the organizing team through the WhatsApp group or inbox.
⚠️Important Notice
Transaction Responsibility: If you use any wrong transaction details (incorrect payment number, wrong amount, invalid transaction ID, etc.), the admin or authority cannot and will not take any responsibility for such errors. Please double-check all payment information before submitting your registration.
